If you have purchased CA as a box product, please use your CD to install your software.
If you have purchased CA from one of the online CA stores, please follow below guidelines.

1. Go to the website: www.findmyorder.com.
2. Enter your order number and password you had used during purchase (or type in your email address and the the last 5 digits of the credit card number used during purchase).
3. Click on Find.
4. Make a note of the activation code (or license key) for using during install.
5. Click on the Download button to download your product. - Save it to your desktop.

2. Double click on the downloaded product on your computer.
3. Click on Run on any confirmation popups that come up.
4. Follow on-screen instructions on every installation screen and click Next.
5. If asked for a license key, type carefully (or copy and paste if you have the license key in an e-mail).
6. After installation, make sure to restart computer to have a successful installation.
