To disable CA Parental Controls, login as Administrator for CA Parental Controls. To enable CA Parental Controls, login as Default User.
Note that when windows logs in and reaches the desktop, CA Parental Controls is also loaded and enabled by default. Hence, by default when windows logs in, CA Parental Controls is logged into the Default User and not Administrator. Hence, it is necessary to login as Administrator to disable CA Parental Controls to go online without restrictions.
To login as Administrator for disabling CA Parental Controls:
1. Right click on the shield icon on the bottom right.
2. Choose CA Parental Controls > Login > Administrator
3. Enter the Administrator password and click OK. (See here if you forgot your Administrator password.)
(This is the same password which you had entered when installing CA Parental Controls).
