Safe Mode

Follow these guidelines to start your computer in safe mode:

1. Shut down your computer completely once.
2. Power on your computer.
3. Even  before the Windows boot screen appears on the screen, start tapping the function key F8 across the top of the key board.
4. Advanced Startup Menu Options will appear
5. Use the up and down arrow keys on your key board to choose Safe Mode or Safe Mode With Networking.
6. Hit Enter.
7. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode. Hence, to fix your problems efficiently; at your windows login, login as Administrator.
   

Note: The difference is Safe Mode will not connect you to the internet and other networking, however Safe Mode with Networking will.
